The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Superintendence of Securities Registration, has ordered the immediate suspension of four public offerings of quotas issued by Multiplike Plus FIDC after identifying irregularities in the related registration applications. The suspended offerings concern the 13th to 17th mezzanine quota series and the 20th to 22nd senior quota series of the fund's first issuance. The technical review found irregularities under CVM Resolutions 160 and 175 after examining the offering documents made available to the regulator as part of the registration requests. The suspension remains in place until 19 June 2026 under article 70 of CVM Resolution 160. If the irregularities are not remedied within that period, the offerings will be withdrawn and the corresponding registrations will be canceled.
