Botswana's Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) has published regulations setting licensing fees payable by non-bank financial institutions for the 2025/26 financial year. Made by the Minister of Finance under section 38 of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority Act, the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (Licensing fees) Regulations, 2025 require each category of non-bank financial institution listed in the Schedule to pay the corresponding fee specified for that category. The measures are issued as Statutory Instrument No. 115 of 2025.
