The Central Bank of the UAE, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the UAE Banks Federation, will host the annual UAE Banks’ Reception in Bangkok on Oct. 15, 2026. Held alongside the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group Annual Meetings, the event will connect UAE banks with international financial institutions, investors and regional counterparts to develop partnerships and business opportunities. More than 26 government bodies, regulators, international financial institutions, banks and UAE-licensed fintech companies will support or participate in the reception. Discussions will align with the annual meetings’ focus on global financial stability, sustainable finance and the digital transformation of financial systems.
