The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that SCSS Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of IMPACTUS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified it of the initiation of a dissolution and liquidation procedure for the investment compartment IMPACTUS FUND OF FUNDS. IMPACTUS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund under registration number RAIF16. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the compartment will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. Once the process is completed and all necessary documents are submitted, CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs Register.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that SCSS Fund Management Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of the investment compartment IMPACTUS FUND OF FUNDS, part of IMPACTUS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC. The compartment will remain registered and marked "under liquidation" on CySEC’s website until the process is finalized and necessary documents are submitted for its removal from the RAIFs Register.
