The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has extended the deadline for JKN Global Group Public Company Limited to submit its rectified financial statements for the year 2023, audited by the company’s auditor, to 9 September 2025. The extension is intended to give additional time for the company’s special audit to comprehensively address issues identified by the SEC. The SEC had previously instructed JKN to rectify its 2023 audited financial statements and to report related disclosures under Section 56 of the Securities and Exchange Act, with public disclosure via the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Electronic Listed Company Information System (SETLink) by 11 July 2025. JKN requested an extension because the auditor conducting the special audit needed to expand the scope to cover transactions involving creditors and debtors, sales and purchases of content, and other related transactions, as instructed by the SEC. JKN must submit and publicly disclose the rectified and audited 2023 financial statements and related reports via SETLink by 9 September 2025.
