Payment can be made by bank transfer or in person at the Vietnam State Securities Commission, with the payment reference required to include the recipient’s name, identity document number and the type of certificate. If a recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.
