The Bank of Portugal issued a public warning that the entity operating via https://portufincialaid.com/ and the Telegram account “Paola Margarida Pereira Rocha” is not authorised to carry out lending or any other financial activity subject to its supervision in Portugal. It reminded that lending, as defined in Article 4(1)(b) of the Legal Framework of Credit Institutions and Financial Companies, may only be performed by authorised undertakings under Article 10 of that framework. The central bank also pointed to its website for the official list of authorised lenders.
