The request is directed to members of the public, particularly capital markets stakeholders, citing consultation requirements under Clause 12 of the Authority’s Act, Clause 5 of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 and Article 232 of the Constitution. Policy proposals must be submitted by Friday, 7 November 2025.
