The Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick has issued an investor warning on Vega Gainlux, stating that the firm is not registered to deal or advise in securities or derivatives in New Brunswick. The regulator told investors to avoid dealing with unregistered firms because there is no assurance of investor protections. The alert covers Vega Gainlux and a set of related names, including Vegalux, Vegagainlux, Vega-gainlux, Vegagainluxai and Vegagainlux-tech, along with associated websites such as vega-gainlux.ca and other listed domains. The firm claims locations in Toronto, Sydney and Zurich. Sweden's financial regulator, Finansinspektionen, has also issued an investor alert on Vega Gainlux. The commission noted that other businesses may have the same or a similar name and said this warning applies only to the named entities.
