The Rwanda Capital Markets Authority used the 2026 RSE Listings Forum to urge businesses seeking to raise capital through the market to improve their readiness, framing investor access as dependent on preparation and credibility as well as business potential. In remarks at the forum, the CMA’s Head of Market Development, Karekezi Ngabonziza, pointed to a regulatory framework designed to support transparency, disclosure and credibility, and set out expectations for companies seeking investment, including sound governance, reliable financial reporting, a clear business strategy and structures aligned with investor requirements. The forum, held on 19 March 2026 under the theme Capital Market Connect: Preparing Businesses for Investment Success, brought together entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers to discuss how more businesses can use the capital market to support growth.
