The National Bank of Moldova published its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with the independent auditor’s report, covering the bank and its group, including the subsidiary central securities depository “Depozitarul central unic al valorilor mobiliare”. The bank notes that this financial reporting is separate from its primary objective of ensuring and maintaining price stability. The audited financial statements include the standalone and consolidated balance sheets, statements of comprehensive income, cash flow statements, statements of changes in capital and reserves, and notes covering material accounting policies and other explanatory information. The auditor concluded that the consolidated and standalone financial statements present a true and fair view of the group’s and the bank’s financial position, financial performance and cash flows in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, and also found that the information included in the 2024 Annual Report under Law No. 287/2017 is consistent with the financial statements and prepared in line with the cited provisions of that law. The bank attached the audited financial statements and the auditor’s report and made the 2024 Annual Report available on its official website.
