The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that the investment compartment JUSTY SIX FUND of AIF JUSTY AIF Variable Capital Investment Company Ltd (licence number AIF44/2014) has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following a shareholders’ general meeting decision. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC by the AIF’s external manager, Fortified Capital Limited, in accordance with the notification requirements of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. CySEC noted that the compartment has been put into voluntary liquidation.
