(in liquidation) under Article 21 of Law 6,385, citing the company’s extinction. Following the cancellation, the company’s issued securities may no longer be admitted to trading on regulated markets, including organised over-the-counter markets, stock exchanges, or unorganised over-the-counter markets. The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) cancelled the public company registration of Uptick Participações S.A. (in liquidation) under Article 21 of Law 6,385, due to the company's extinction.
