Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission is preparing regulatory changes to remove unnecessary bureaucracy and make securities issuance clearer, faster and more predictable. The work supports its broader effort to reduce barriers to capital market financing and channel private capital into Ukraine’s economy and reconstruction. A market participant working group has reviewed requirements covering the issuer process, from document preparation and issue registration to attracting investors. Feedback from financial company Activitis drew on its UAH 300 million public corporate bond issue and preparations for a new issue of up to UAH 2 billion, highlighting procedures that may require simplification or clearer regulation.
