The Vietnam State Securities Commission has directed four listed individuals to pay a fee of VND 1 million each to complete the process for obtaining securities practitioner certificates. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly to the commission. Certificate recipients must complete the collection procedure within one year of the fee notification or the commission will cancel the issued certificate. Recipients of electronic certificates must access their registered accounts to retrieve them and fulfill any related obligations.
