The National Bank of Bulgaria’s Governing Council set the total annual contributions for 2025 payable by branches of credit institutions from third countries to the Bank Resolution Fund at BGN 130,400, pursuant to the Law on Recovery and Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms and National Bank of Bulgaria Ordinance No. 41 of 25 February 2021.

National Bank of Bulgaria sets 2025 Bank Resolution Fund contributions for third-country bank branches at BGN 130,400
The National Bank of Bulgaria's Governing Council has set the 2025 annual contributions for branches of credit institutions from third countries to the Bank Resolution Fund at BGN 130,400. This decision is in accordance with the Law on Recovery and Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Firms and National Bank of Bulgaria Ordinance No. 41.
