It linked competitive pay to the need to recruit and retain specialists for its monetary, supervisory, financial stability and operational responsibilities. The current remuneration system has been in place since 2018 and is based on job evaluations, Moldovan labor market conditions and international practices. It was developed with external expertise and approved by the bank’s Supervisory Council. On procurement, the bank said acquired goods are solely for institutional use and that procurement plans, specifications, estimated values, bids and results are publicly available.
