The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market reported continued progress in returning blocked assets to clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, with the National Depository of Ukraine and depository institutions having processed 62 client applications. The asset recovery process began on 15 August 2025 after the Central Securities Depository received and verified the necessary data from the investment company. Following completion of the steps set out in the Asset Recovery Procedure, processing of applications submitted via depository institutions commenced, with banks and other institutions involved in facilitating the return of assets. To support participants’ understanding of the process, the Commission published a step-by-step infographic covering frequently asked questions, sample applications and available communication channels.
