The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has launched a “Perception of Integrity in the Brazilian Capital Markets” survey to gauge how investors and other market participants view integrity in Brazil’s capital markets. The initiative, led by CVM’s Economic Analysis, Risk Management and Integrity Advisory Office (ASA), aims to assess perceptions of both market participants’ integrity and the effectiveness of the regulatory and investor protection framework, in line with CVM’s 2025 indicators. The online questionnaire is available until 19 May, takes around three to five minutes to complete, and collects anonymous responses that will be used exclusively for the research conducted by the technical staff.
