The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a set of rulemaking and related decisions, including amendments to commodity exchange reporting requirements and updates to broader policy and draft legal acts. The Commission amended its Regulation on the procedure for compiling, submitting and publishing reporting data by commodity exchanges, approved a draft decision amending its July 22, 2021 Decision No. 555, amended the National Strategy for the Development of Financial Literacy until 2030, and approved a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution amending Cabinet Resolution No. 613 of September 8, 2016. On registration matters, it registered the share issue of PJSC Scientific Production Enterprise Saturn, registered share issues for collective investment and their prospectuses for JSC ZNVCIF Oktava and JSC ZNVCIF Land Pro Capital, and registered the prospectus and issue of investment certificates by PNZIF OTP DIVIDENDNYI LLC AMC OTP CAPITAL. Supervisory and governance approvals included agreeing the acquisition of an indirect substantial participation in the professional capital markets participant LLC Management Trading Limited and approving the appointments of internal auditors at INZHUR LLC and LLC AMC INVESTMENT PARTNERS.
