The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market announced that the Financial Reporting System (CFRS) is ready to accept electronic submissions of 2024 annual and consolidated financial statements and 2025 interim reports using the UA XBRL IFRS 2024 taxonomy. The taxonomy is available on the Commission’s website and on the websites of the National Bank of Ukraine and the Financial Reporting System. Submission via the system is mandatory for entities that are required by law to prepare financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as for enterprises that have voluntarily opted to apply IFRS. Reporting entities registered with the CPPP will receive templates in their personal accounts for the relevant reporting period based on the reporting method determined in 2024; firms that change reporting method in 2025, or that begin preparing consolidated annual or interim statements for 2024, must notify their supervisor and provide the entity’s name and EDRPOU code.
