The National Bank of Poland released monetary statistics showing the M3 money supply increased by PLN 28.2bn in October 2025, taking the aggregate to PLN 2,670.9bn at end-October. The rise was mainly attributed to higher deposits and other claims of non-financial corporations and households. Within M3, deposits and other claims of non-financial corporations rose by PLN 13.2bn (2.4%) to PLN 562.8bn, while household deposits and other claims increased by PLN 8.8bn (0.6%) to PLN 1,402.1bn. In the counterparts data, net debt of central government entities increased by PLN 22.0bn (4.0%) to PLN 569.3bn; non-financial corporate debt rose by PLN 4.6bn (1.0%) to PLN 459.1bn; and household sector debt increased by PLN 4.0bn (0.5%) to PLN 824.9bn, while debt of other financial institutions fell by PLN 3.1bn (1.5%) to PLN 197.2bn.
