The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announced that the Eastern Magistrates’ Court has fixed the criminal trial of its insider dealing prosecution against businessman Wong Pak Ming for 14 November 2025 to 10 December 2025. Wong has pleaded not guilty to a charge of insider dealing involving the shares of Transmit Entertainment Limited, formerly Pegasus Entertainment Holdings Limited. The SFC alleges that, while chairman and controlling shareholder of the company and in possession of inside information, Wong counselled or procured another person to deal in the shares between around 25 August 2017 and 17 October 2017. The Court extended Wong’s bail pending the next hearing, requiring cash bail of HKD 200,000, residence at his declared address with prior notice to Police of any change, and 24 hours’ prior notice to the SFC before leaving Hong Kong.

Wong, who pleaded not guilty, is accused of insider dealing involving Transmit Entertainment Limited shares. The Court extended Wong’s bail with conditions including a cash bail of HKD 200,000 and prior notice requirements for residence changes and travel.
