Vietnam State Securities Commission requests VND 1 million fee payment to complete reissuance of a securities practising certificate

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice setting out the fee payment required to complete the procedure for reissuing a securities practising certificate to Pham Thu Huong. The reissuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applying the fee schedule in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment may be made by bank transfer or paid directly to the Vietnam State Securities Commission, with the transfer description required to identify the recipient and the type of certificate being reissued. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to collect the reissued certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the reissued securities practising certificate.
