Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission has reviewed selected securities issues it registered in 2026 with an aggregate nominal value exceeding UAH 18.6 billion. The issues show companies using shares and bonds to finance defense production, industrial relocation, energy projects and lending, as well as to strengthen bank capital and support business development. The nominal value represents the size of the issues, not the amount issuers are guaranteed to raise. The largest examples include UAH 9.4 billion of bonds from energy company ESCO-North and a UAH 5 billion private bond placement by FPV drone manufacturer Vyriy Industries. Motor Sich issued UAH 524.5 million of additional shares to support the partial duplication and relocation of production to safer regions. Other registrations covered the state-owned Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine, banks and a credit provider, as well as dairy and real estate companies. Before registering each issue, the commission checks the submitted documents and investor disclosures for compliance with legal requirements.
