Bank Indonesia’s Residential Property Price Survey found that annual price growth in the primary residential property market remained limited in the second quarter of 2026. The Residential Property Price Index rose 0.69% year over year, compared with 0.62% in the first quarter. Primary market sales contracted 2.36% year over year, a marked improvement from the 25.67% decline in the previous quarter, as sales of small and large units increased while medium-unit sales remained subdued. Developers’ internal funds accounted for 73.28% of development financing, while bank housing loans represented 70.05% of consumer purchasing arrangements.
