The Hong Kong Monetary Authority published the credit card lending survey results for the third quarter of 2025, showing an increase in total card receivables alongside unchanged delinquency and charge-off metrics. Total card receivables rose by 1.4% over the quarter to HKD 151.0 billion at end-September 2025, compared with a 2.5% decline in the previous quarter. The combined delinquent and rescheduled ratio held steady at 0.45% at end-September 2025, and the quarterly charge-off ratio was unchanged at 0.64%.
