The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has licensed a further Innovation Sandbox participant, a digital administrator, extending the initiative’s role within its authorisations framework. The Sandbox enables businesses to develop and test innovative products, services and business models while engaging with the Commission on regulatory considerations and appropriate safeguards. Launched in October 2025 as part of the Commission’s Digital Finance Initiative, the Sandbox provides an early-stage pathway for firms exploring digital finance and other innovative business models. Licensed participants appear on the Commission’s list of regulated entities with an asterisk beside their names.
