The State Bank of Pakistan announced that its redesigned official website will go live on July 1, 2026, replacing the existing interface with a platform intended to improve access to the central bank’s information, publications and official resources. The new site is aimed at a broad user base, including citizens, businesses, financial institutions, researchers and journalists. The redesign introduces simplified navigation, a reorganized information architecture and enhanced search and filtering tools to help users find data, circulars, regulations, publications and press releases more quickly. It will be fully responsive across desktops and mobile devices, offer English and Urdu language options, and incorporate accessibility features developed in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to improve usability for persons with disabilities. Key areas including monetary policy, financial markets data, banking regulations and other State Bank of Pakistan functions will be presented in a more structured format, while legacy content will remain accessible. To support users who still need the earlier interface, the previous version of the website will remain available through a dedicated link on the homepage until July 15, 2026.
