France's Ministry of Economics and Finance published materials for the fifth No Money For Terror conference, scheduled for 19 May in Paris as a flagship event of France's G7 presidency. The conference is set to bring together more than 70 international delegations to examine how terrorist groups finance their activities and to strengthen international cooperation against terrorist financing. The agenda focuses on preventing financial innovation from being diverted to terrorist financing, tackling links between terrorist financing and organized crime, and countering funding models based on territorial control while supporting the financial reinclusion of affected territories. The ministry said discussions will draw on the Financial Action Task Force's July 2025 global review of terrorist financing risks. The Paris meeting is the fifth edition of the conference, following earlier editions in Melbourne in 2019, New Delhi in 2022 and Munich in 2025.
