The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan has authorised Limited Liability Company Dushanbe Elite Tower to conduct foreign-currency operations as a special type of service for servicing non-residents of Tajikistan at the Crowne Plaza Dushanbe hotel. Under the authorisation, the company may also accept national currency, at the customer’s choice and without restriction, for payment for these services. It must display an information board at its cashier showing the daily exchange rates of foreign currencies against the national currency. The licence does not permit Dushanbe Elite Tower to engage in foreign-currency exchange.
