The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond announced its 2025 chair and deputy chair appointments for its main board of directors and designated chairs for the boards of its Charlotte and Baltimore offices, alongside naming the Fifth District representative to the Federal Advisory Council. Lisa M. Hamilton, president and chief executive officer of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, was appointed chair of the Richmond Fed’s board, with Halsey M. Cook Jr., president and chief executive officer of Milliken & Company, appointed deputy chair. James F. “Jimmy” Goodmon Jr. was designated chair of the Charlotte Board of Directors and Leslie D. Hale was designated chair of the Baltimore Board. William H. “Bill” Rogers Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Truist Financial Corporation, was named the Fifth District representative to the Federal Advisory Council, and the Bank thanked outgoing board chairs for their service.
