The Central Bank of the Philippines, through the Financial Inclusion Steering Committee it chairs, has opened nominations for the Financial Health and Inclusion Excellence Awards. The awards recognize public- and private-sector initiatives that reflect the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion 2022-2028 and are intended to highlight effective approaches that improve Filipinos' financial welfare through multi-stakeholder cooperation. Awards will be given for inclusive digital finance innovation, financial education and literacy programs that support consumer empowerment and financial health, and pioneering initiatives for priority sectors. Eligible nominations cover initiatives implemented from 2022 to 2025 by individuals or institutions in the public or private sectors. Entries will be assessed on outcomes and impact, alignment with the strategy's four desired outcomes, sustainability, focus on priority sectors, and creativity and innovation. Nominations will be accepted until 31 July 2026.
