Kuwait Capital Markets Authority licenses Wazen International Investment Advisors to conduct investment advisory activity for a renewable three-year term

The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority published an announcement on the licensing of securities activities for Wazen International Investment Consulting Company S.A.S.C. and confirmed it has issued a license to Wazen International Investment Advisors S.S.A.W. to operate as an investment advisor. The license was issued on 30/10/2025 for a renewable period of three years. The licensing action follows Resolution No. (86) of 2025 concerning a license application submitted by Wazen Integrated Computer Solutions Company under Law No. (7) of 2010 establishing the Capital Markets Authority and regulating securities activities, along with the Executive Bylaws and their amendments. Article Two of the resolution ties the granting of the license to completion of the Authority’s requirements, with the term running for three years from the date the Authority’s license certificate is issued.
