The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved 10 senior appointments in the insurance sector, covering governing body members and independent directors, executive body members, other senior managers, and heads of insurance brokers. The approvals include one multi-role consent for Zh.B. Dzhanserikova across governing body, executive body and insurance broker leadership positions. The approvals cover O.S. Radchenko, A.D. Amershina and T.T. Abdrakhmanova as governing body members and independent directors, D.S. Arinov and M.V. Sergeev as executive body members, M.G. Zhusupov and A.S. Alikeev as executive body members and other senior managers, A.E. Musan and D.V. Firsenko as heads of insurance brokers, and Zh.B. Dzhanserikova for five roles including independent director and head of an insurance broker. The agency also noted that, under Kazakhstan’s Law on Insurance Activities, a senior executive who already has supervisory consent may transfer within the same sector to a similar position without additional approval if the qualification requirements are met. The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of Kazakhstan approved 10 senior appointments in the insurance sector, including governing body members, independent directors, executives, other senior managers and heads of insurance brokers, with one multi-role consent granted to Zh.B. The agency reiterated that, under the Law on Insurance Activities, senior executives with existing supervisory consent may move to similar roles without new approval if qualification requirements are met, and that current consents are recorded in the insurance sector permits register.
