The Angola Capital Markets Commission reported that it held a workshop on 28 May 2026 at the Methodist University of Angola on the fundamentals of capital markets, saving and investment, as part of its Financial Education Programme. The session targeted students and faculty and was presented as a financial literacy initiative to expand understanding of Angola’s financial system. Organised by the Commission’s Division of Studies and Financial Education and delivered by Daniel Chipenda, the workshop covered how the financial system operates, basic capital markets principles and the collective investment schemes industry. It also included an interactive question-and-answer segment to clarify participants’ doubts on the topics discussed.
