The Bank of Zambia has notified creditors and other stakeholders of Investrust Bank PLC in liquidation that the liquidation schedule setting out the steps to wind up the bank’s affairs will be available for inspection. The schedule can be inspected from 17 to 21 November 2025 at Plot No. 19028 Ody’s Park, Great East Road, Lusaka, between 08:00 and 17:00 each day. The Bank of Zambia will file the liquidation schedule in the High Court of Zambia on 15 December 2025, after which depositors, creditors, owners and other interested parties have 21 days to lodge objections to any proposed step.
