The Dominican Republic's Pensions Superintendency certified The Butcher Shop Distrito Gastronómico under its “Here We Know About Pensions” program, making it the first Dominican company engaged in the sale of gastronomic products to receive the designation. The certification requires more than 70% of a company’s workforce to acquire knowledge of the Dominican pension system and financial benefits available to improve future pensions. The Butcher Shop joins more than 30 Dominican companies and institutions that have received the certification.
