One proposal covers appointments for securities intermediaries and commodity exchange brokers, while a second applies to entities providing intermediation and/or custody of financial instruments under Title II of Law No. 21,521. Feedback can be submitted until February 20, 2025.

The proposals target securities intermediaries, commodity exchange brokers, and entities involved in the intermediation and custody of financial instruments under Title II of Law No. 21,521.
