The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Fiduserve Management Limited waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, resulting in the lapse of its CySEC authorisation and the firm’s cessation of administrative services. The waiver took effect on 9 September 2025 under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012. As a result, authorisation number 215/196 lapsed from that date and, in line with section 16(2) of the Law, CySEC permanently deleted Fiduserve Management Limited (LEI 213800WAVVOPS85N2205) from the register of licensed persons.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission removes Fiduserve Management from the administrative services register following authorisation waiver
Fiduserve Management Limited waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, leading to the lapse of its Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) authorisation. Effective 9 September 2025, CySEC permanently removed the firm from the register of licensed persons under the relevant law.
