The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) announced it will hold a judgment session at 15:00 on 11 February 2025 for Sanctioning Administrative Proceeding (PAS) 19957.012778/2022-12, which investigates alleged irregularities involving UHY Bendoraytes & Cia. – Auditores Independentes and Flávio Augusto Guedes Viana in the independent audit of the financial statements of Botafogo Institucional – Fundo de Investimento Renda Fixa for the financial year ended 30 June 2019. A report by Director Marina Copola has been made available in advance. The session will be open to the public and held in person at the CVM headquarters auditorium in Rio de Janeiro, with the option to follow by videoconference; if none of the accused or their appointed counsel indicate an intention to participate, the judgment will be conducted in a restricted format through an electronic voting system.
