The Central Bank of Russia expanded the list of foreign currencies for which it sets official exchange rates against the ruble, adding the Taka, Bahraini Dinar, Boliviano, Cuban Peso, Algerian Dinar, Ethiopian Birr, Iranian Rial, Kyat, Tugrik, Naira, Rial Omani and Saudi Riyal, with rates to be set starting from 10 July 2025.

Central Bank of Russia to set official ruble exchange rates for 12 additional foreign currencies from 10 July 2025
The Central Bank of Russia has expanded its list of foreign currencies for official exchange rate settings against the ruble, adding 12 new currencies including the Taka, Bahraini Dinar, and Saudi Riyal. Rates for these currencies will be set starting 10 July 2025.
