The Federal Reserve Board announced that Dr. Stephen I. Miran has taken the oath of office and joined the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The oath was administered by Judge Elizabeth L. Branch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. President Trump nominated Miran on 2 September 2025 and the United States Senate confirmed him on 15 September 2025. His term on the Board ends on 31 January 2026.
