The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee for issuance of securities practitioner certificates in order to complete the certification procedure, applying the fee framework set out in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or directly to the Vietnam State Securities Commission. Payment instructions require the remitter to identify the certificate recipient, their identification document number, and the type of securities practitioner certificate being issued. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.
