Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission approved a new procedure delegating certain decision-making powers to designated officials. The measure aligns internal responsibilities with recent staffing and organizational changes and allows technical and procedural matters to be handled without referral to the commission’s collegial body. It does not change the commission’s statutory powers. The procedure authorizes heads of relevant departments to make decisions within their areas of competence on securities issue registrations, licensing and authorization procedures, certain administrative proceedings and inspections. It also covers the signing of documents required to provide administrative services and support capital markets operations. The new procedure replaces an instrument adopted in early 2026 that had been amended several times.
