The cases involved individuals or purported companies allegedly seeking to defraud or financially harm people looking for credit by misusing the institutions' names, logos, corporate designations and, in some cases, tax or administrative data through printed or digital communications. The commission said it received the nine reports during May 2026. The affected institutions were Reale Soluciones de Emprendedores, Tim Value, Avantta Sentir ComĂșn, Recursos Morh Capital, Junomx Capital, Financiera Didxazaa, Kapitalmujer, Nextfin and Build Cap, all identified in the notice as SOFOM E.N.R. entities.
