The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved multiple draft decisions and draft Cabinet of Ministers resolutions to amend existing market rules, and issued a set of registration and licensing determinations covering corporate bonds and collective investment fund shares. It also terminated remedial orders on capital markets and organized commodity markets violations and AML/CFT-related violations where the implementation deadline had been suspended under the NSSMC’s decision of 24 March 2022 No. 198, as amended, and confirmed that FC GARANT CAPITAL LLC meets the criteria in Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76 of 27 January 2023. Rule-making approvals covered amendments to NSSMC Decision No. 1283 of 25 September 2012 and to the procedure for recording and processing violations under martial law, alongside draft Cabinet of Ministers resolutions amending frameworks set by resolutions No. 888 of 30 November 2016, No. 967 of 30 August 2022 and No. 142 of 10 March 2017. On issuer registrations, the Commission registered AZURRO FINANCE LLC’s series C registered corporate bonds and YAVIR-INVEST LLC’s series C and D registered interest-bearing unsecured corporate bonds, all without a public offering, and registered the share issuances and prospectuses of JSC ZNVCIF SETARIA, ZNVCIF SKYBUILD INVEST, ZNVCIF RODOLIT-INVEST and ZNVCIF YUON-INVEST, as well as amendments and replacement registration certificates for the share issues of JSC ZNVCIF INVEST ACTIVE and JSC ZNVCIF COIN PROPERTIES.

Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approves draft regulatory amendments and registers new bond and investment fund issuances
The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved amendments to market rules and issued determinations for corporate bonds and investment fund shares. It terminated certain remedial orders related to capital markets and AML/CFT violations and confirmed FC GARANT CAPITAL LLC's compliance with Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 76. The Commission also registered corporate bonds for AZURRO FINANCE LLC and YAVIR-INVEST LLC, and share issuances for several investment funds.
