The Angola Capital Markets Commission participated in a workshop on financial literacy focused on business creation and management in Bengo province, aimed at strengthening the financial skills of young entrepreneurs. The Commission was represented by Samuel Yengue, a technical officer in studies, strategy, development and communication. Held at Cine Teatro Caxito on 13 February 2026, the event brought together local authorities and market participants and included contributions from the Angola Financial Literacy Academy and Banco de Comércio e Indústria. Discussions covered the importance of financial literacy, organised resource management, financial inclusion and access to banking products and services. The workshop involved 309 young entrepreneurs and included the presence of banks (BCI and BIC) and payment service providers (Pay4All, Kwatel and Linke DPay), alongside a focus on expanding digital payment channels in the province.
