The Angola Capital Markets Commission participated in the fifth National Forum of Regulators in Luanda, organised by the Competition Regulatory Authority, in a discussion focused on how competition and regulation affect price stability in Angola. The event brought together leaders from the country’s main sectoral regulators and specialists in economic law and public administration. Discussion centred on the interaction between competition policy and market regulation, including the factors that influence price stability, the role of economic regulation and the effects of competition in regulated sectors. The commission was represented by Executive Administrator Nádia Pinto and Cooperation Office Director Zénea Leitão, and the forum served as a platform for experience-sharing and closer institutional cooperation among regulators.
