The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring nine individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the statutory fee for the issuance of a securities practice certificate as the final step to complete their licensing procedures. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission, and can be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office’s designated accounts or in person at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedures to collect the certificate within one year of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will cancel the issued securities practice certificate.
